Our meeting rooms are open to both members and non-members. Just book in advance to secure your proffered slot.
The rates above are subject to 7% VAT.
The prices quoted above are inclusive of:
- Meeting room usage (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, except holidays)
- Meeting room equipment (TV, AV setup, whiteboard, markers)
- FREE freshly brewed coffee, tea, hot chocolate, drinking water to all attendees served by our barista
- FREE WIFI connectivity for all attendees (450 Mbps/ 450 Mbps)
- FREE parking 1 hour, then 40 THB for 2nd hour onwards / motorbike: 20 THB/ time
- A/C (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, except holidays)
Usage Conditions:
- The meeting room is limited to the number of attendees specified. If additional chairs will be added, then a surcharge of 200 THB/ chair will be requested.
- The meeting room usage is subject to room availability on a first-come first-served basis. Bookings must be made in advance by email/phone and confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Antares and once the deposit payment has been received.
- The meeting room must be used strictly within the booked time slot. Additional usage beyond the reserved time will be charged according to the standard hourly rate and subject to availability.
- The meeting room includes standard equipment such as TV, whiteboard. Any additional equipment or special setup requests must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Catering service can be arranged upon request and must be communicated in advance. This service will be charged separately as per the additional service charge below.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the meeting room booking. The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to the meeting date (e.g. cash, transfer, or credit card). For credit card payments, a service fee of 5% for AMEX and 3% for Visa/ Mastercard will apply.
- Cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the booking will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Cancelations made less than 24 hours before the booking time and no-shows will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
