How Arthur D. Little Expanded Their Workplace at Antares to Support Collaboration and Growth
Creating a Flexible Consulting Workspace Built Around People
As one of the world’s oldest management consulting firms, with more than 140 years of history, Arthur D. Little (ADL) understands the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and creating environments where teams can perform at their best.
What began in 2008 as a small 2-person office at Antares Serviced Offices gradually expanded over the years as the company continued to grow locally. As the Thailand team increased in size, so did the need for a more functional and flexible workspace tailored specifically to the realities of modern consulting work.
The existing setup no longer reflected the daily realities of consulting work. With consultants spending large portions of the day in virtual client meetings, internal strategy discussions, and collaborative sessions, the office needed more than just additional desks. The team required a workspace intentionally designed around communication, focus, and flexibility.

The Challenge
ADL approached Antares with a clear objective:
“We need a more functional environment with additional private meeting areas, dedicated phone booths for confidential calls, collaborative brainstorming spaces, and a layout that would allow teams to work both independently and together more effectively.”
The Solution
Working closely with the client, Antares redesigned the office into a multi-functional consulting workspace tailored specifically to their operational needs.
The new space incorporated private meeting rooms, sound-insulated phone booths, flexible desk arrangements for rotating staff, and a large collaboration area that could seamlessly transition between dining space, informal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
The redesigned office also introduced staff lockers, whiteboards, a dedicated waiting area for guests and clients, lounge seating, company branding integration, and a more structured layout that created greater separation between focused work zones and collaborative areas.

Why ADL Chose Antares
A Long-Term Partnership
For ADL, the relationship with Antares extended far beyond a traditional landlord-tenant arrangement. Having been a client since 2008, the company valued the ability to continuously expand and adapt within the same business center as their operational needs evolved over time.
“Through the years, Antares offered us the flexibility to upgrade as our needs changed. There is potential for growth and expansion, which is important to us because we’ve outgrown every previous office.”
Prime Bangkok Location
Located in the heart of Sukhumvit, Bangkok’s business district, Antares offered ADL convenient accessibility for both employees and clients, with easy BTS and MRT connections.
“The location is very convenient and it is very easy for our clients to reach.”
Personalized Service and Flexibility
For ADL, flexibility was not only about lease terms, but about having a workspace partner capable of adapting. Rather than forcing the company into a standard office setup, the space was built around how the ADL team actually worked on a daily basis.
The Outcome
The renovation transformed the office into a more balanced and functional workplace tailored to the realities of modern consulting work. The new environment allows the team to collaborate more effectively, conduct confidential client discussions with greater privacy, and work more flexibly depending on project requirements and team dynamics.
By integrating private meeting areas, collaborative zones, and flexible seating arrangements, the office now supports both focused individual work and team interaction in a seamless way. The redesigned space also creates a more professional experience for visiting clients while giving the company room to continue growing without the immediate need for relocation.
A Workspace that Evolves with Business
The project reflects Antares’ broader philosophy: office space should evolve together with the businesses using it.
The Arthur D. Little project demonstrates how flexible workspaces can go beyond standard serviced offices to become customized environments tailored to the operational realities of modern businesses.
Whether supporting a startup team or a global consulting firm, the objective remains the same: creating workplaces that adapt to people, encourage productivity, and allow companies to grow without limitations.
