The above rates are subject to 7% VAT.

Payment Terms
The payment must be made in advance on or before the start date (e.g. cash, transfer or credit card).

For Dedicated Desk

  • A security deposit equal to 1 month service fee is needed for 1 & 3-month contracts, and a 2-month service fee is needed for 6 & 12-month contracts.
  • A security deposit of THB 500 will be requested for a building access card. This will be refunded once the building access card has been returned.

Terms and Conditions

The CLIENT hereby acknowledges that the leased premises is shared space, and it is not exclusively leased to the CLIENT. Therefore, ANTARES cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the CLIENT’s property caused by any person, except the loss or damage caused by ANTARES’s employees. ANTARES may transfer the CLIENT to another office space that matches the premises agreed upon in this Agreement after 7 days’ prior notice has been given.
